An intimate evening with Sue Coe

Join 317 Art Collaborative for a rare opportunity to spend an evening with internationally acclaimed artist Sue Coe.

Sue Coe's powerful work is included in the permanent collections of some of the world's most prestigious museums including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, MoMA, The Whitney Museum of American Art, and many others. Though celebrated internationally for her artistic achievements, Coe considers herself first and foremost an activist, using art as a powerful tool to champion the rights of both humans and animals.

The evening will feature an artist talk, about viewing of original artwork that will also be for sale, and a reception with wine, light snacks and conversation. This intimate gathering offers a rare chance to hear directly from one of the most influential, socially engaged artists of our time.

ARTMAGEDDON explores collapse and renewal; Dystopian futures shaped by environmental, political and technological upheaval. For this show, we invite interpretations of apocalypse and aftermath where destruction becomes transformation, chaos becomes structure, and endings blur into beginnings. We encourage submissions in all media.

Submissions due by August 20. Artists will be notified of acceptance by August 23. Exhibit opens Friday, September 11.
